So, no one like my dunkaroo's eh? well that's really too bad. Oh well, I guess I will post about something serious.
So I met this girl last summer, and to tell you the truth, she scared me to death. We were going to the lake in Tennille's car and on the way there I was sure I was going to die (anyone who has driven with Tennille will know what I'm talking about) I didn't want to become friends with this girl because I was still in rebellion from moving, but I thought I should probably at least have an aquaintence with her so I wouldn't be a loner the whole summer.
Once we got to the lake(that's where we were going), it was alittle akward. Everyone seemed to have so much history with each other that I felt a little bit like an outsider and a tag along. But once we got into the water, the akwardness seemed to be gone. It was like we had been friends forever, and for me, that was a big thing because no one (other than family) had seemed to genuinly like me before that lake day. It was all alittle overwhelming. We splashed around a little in the water and then went on to sun-tanning becuase what teenage girl doesn't sun-tan alll summer.
Pretty much since that first day at the lake, we have been inseperable. We would spend days straight together during the summer because both of really didn't have anyone else. I was so thankful that we were put together because honestly, I hadn't had a best firend before that and I didn't know what it was like. We pretty much do everything together now, get our eyebrows done together, go out together, we talk in pairs, like i mean everything. People even say we are kind of like an old married couple because we bicker and talk about us as one person lol. Her family is like mine, and mine is like hers.
Last summer, we went to Vancouver together, and this spring break, we're at it again. But this time it's alittle different. We are much much closer than we were last summer and this time, it's her birthday. She doesn't like her birthday that much, but this year, I decided to try to make it special even if she doesn't like it.
First we went to church, I greeted her with my chuck norris kick move and a hug, then gave her her longgg awaited surprise. This surpise took forever! Me, and Arryn made her a scrap book...it was kind of random. We decided to make it when we thought she was moving but it turned out just to be a birthday present. She assures me she loves it which is awesome because i hate giving presents with the fear that they won't like it. Then we went to Red Robins for dinner, my mom secretly told the waitress it was alysha's birthday and she brought her a sunday, they made her stand up on her chair and if you know alysha, you'll know she doensn't like this. They sang a very nice happy birthday to her and she was completely mortified...it was awesome. Once we got back to my grandma's, we then gave her a very yummy ice cream cake that was made especially for her.

I hope that she had one of the best birthdays ever, becuase she deserves it. I love you Alysha and hope that we will stay close no matter what. Happy Birthday Chicky-Poo.
